Different Views

Thought I'd take advantage of having an internet connection, to share a few pictures.

My carryon was full of birthday presents for my hubby which left no room for my camera.  I thought my cell phone would suffice as a camera for a week.  I should have known better.  Within five minutes of pulling into Yellowstone, I regretted not having my SLR.  (Note to self....)

I have taken thousands of buffalo pictures, but those have all been in the summer.  The vistas are completely different in the fall.  Who would have thought I needed another buffalo picture?!!!!  

While visiting us last week, my oldest son mentioned that his potholder fell apart.  We can't have that, can we?  I'm not sure how manly these potholders are, but he now has two new ones. 

I showed a picture of a picture of these blocks the other day.  I rather think these originals look better, don't you think?

I'm off to the Buffalo Bill Historical Center (including the Cody Firearms Museum)....I can barely contain my excitement....I wonder if I can get my husband to a quilt show for my 50th...hmmm....another note to self...
